Product Return and Refund Policy
Please read this document carefully before downloading or installing the software product (the "Software"). The Product Return and Refund Policy that is set forth below (this "Policy") describes the conditions under which Image Content Technology LLC ("ICT", "we" and "us") will accept product returns and/or refund your money. As used in this Policy, "you" are an individual acting on your own behalf, or "you" are an agent of a person or entity that has authorized you to act on that person’s or entity’s behalf. We reserve the right to change this Policy without notifying you in advance.
1. Product Return Period
Lucis Pro 5.0: ICT will accept the return of any Lucis Pro 5.0 software product purchased directly from ICT not more than 30 days after shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping and customs fees. The entire product must be returned (CD, manual and HASP key). The product must be returned in good condition or additional restocking fees apply. These fees are: $75 for a broken HASP key, $30 for a damaged manual and $5 for a damaged CD. ICT will notify you if restocking fees apply. If you return a Lucis Pro 5.0 software product within the applicable period, ICT will refund you the purchase price you paid for the ICT Product returned, in the same form that payment was received (i.e., by a credit to your credit card account, if you paid by credit card), less any applicable restocking fees. ICT will not refund the costs of shipping and handling unless ICT determines that the reason for the return is due to an error on ICT's part. Products purchased from another source must be returned to the source from which they were purchased and are subject to the return policies of that source.
LucisArt: ICT will accept the return of any LucisArt downloadable or CD product purchased directly from ICT (each, a "LucisArt Product") not more than 7 days after purchase (for downloaded software) and not more than 14 days after shipping (for hardcopy software) for sales in the United States only with two exceptions:
1) ICT will not accept any LucisArt Product returns for International Sales for any reason, including mistaken orders.
2) ICT will not accept the return of LucisArt Product bought in conjunction with the RESET COMPUTER service. The RESET COMPUTER SERVICE is also non refundable.
If you return an ICT Product within the applicable period, ICT will refund you the purchase price you paid for the ICT Product returned, in the same form that payment was received (i.e., by a credit to your credit card account, if you paid by credit card), with the following adjustment: CD LucisArt orders will be charged a $30 restocking fee. LucisArt CDs are manufactured by hand uniquely per order. ICT will not refund the costs of shipping and handling unless ICT determines that the reason for the return is due to an error on ICT’s part. Products purchased from another source must be returned to the source from which they were purchased and are subject to the return policies of that source.
MISTAKEN ORDERS: If a customer in the United States orders a Macintosh or Windows version of the LucisArt product by mistake (they needed the other platform) then a $25 change order fee applies as long as they rectify the mistake within the 7-day Product Return Period.
2. Product Return Procedure
To qualify for the return of Lucis Pro 5.0 return the entire Lucis Pro 5.0 software package (the manual, CD, HASP key, and envelope) to ICT within 30 days of purchase in excellent condition.

To qualify for a refund for a returned LucisArt Product, you must sign and return a Letter of Software Destruction. Also CDs must be returned. Please contact ICT using the phone number on the "Contact Us" web page to obtain a copy of the letter. Under no circumstances will ICT refund the purchase price of a LucisArt Product without first receiving a Letter of Software Destruction within the Product Return Period, signed by the person who purchased the LucisArt Product. All images processed with the LucisArt Product (both hardcopy and electronic) must also be deleted and you must certify that you have deleted such images.
3. Unsuccessful Downloads
If you were unable to successfully download the LucisArt software, please contact ICT using the phone number on the "Contact Us" web page within 7 days of purchase. Software will be e-mailed to you. If more than 7 days has passed, there may be a small fee for e-mailing the software to you. For downloaded products, ICT will not refund the purchase price of ICT Product more than 7 days after purchase. For ICT Product warranty information, please review the End User License Agreement.
